This policy explains how Roulcoin, the operator of roulcoin.com, handles personal data of players and of people who write to Support.
1. Who is responsible
Roulcoin is responsible for the personal data described here. The site those data belong to is roulcoin.com. Privacy questions go to Support on roulcoin.com. Do not send identity documents in a public message. Upload them only in the verification form on the account.
2. Account data
When you register, Roulcoin stores the login, the email, and a hash of the password. The password itself is not stored.
If you add them, Roulcoin also stores your name, date of birth, country of residence and gender. The name, date of birth and country are visible to you and to staff. They are not shown on the roulette table. Gender does not change the icon at the table.
3. Play and money
Roulcoin stores bets, the pocket of each settled round, the real-money balance, the virtual balance, and the ledger of deposits, withdrawals, promo codes and manual adjustments.
A deposit stores the amount, the asset, the network, the address, the cashier you chose, the status of the payment and the identifier the cashier returned. The cashiers the site can use are NOWPayments, Heleket and 0xProcessing. The cashier receives only what it needs to create the invoice and to confirm that the transfer arrived.
Round and payment history is kept so a dispute about a settled bet or a payout can be answered from the record, not from memory.
4. Identity documents
If you submit verification, Roulcoin stores the kind of document, the file name, the file itself and the staff note on the review. Files are kept outside the public website so a guessable link cannot open them.
The file is used to check that you are the account holder and that you are 18 or older, and to decide a withdrawal. It is not used for advertising.
5. Cookies and technical data
roulcoin.com stores a session cookie so you stay signed in, and a language cookie named LOCALE so the site remembers the language you chose. The time of the last visit is stored on the account.

6. Why the data are used
The data are used to open and run the account, to accept bets, to credit deposits, to pay withdrawals, to apply promo codes, to check age and identity, to answer a ticket, and to stop fraud and a second account opened to abuse a code.
Roulcoin does not use the data to build an advertising profile and does not sell personal data to third parties.
7. How long
Account and payment records are kept while the account is open, and afterwards for as long as a dispute, a payout or a duty to keep a payment record can still arise.
Verification files are kept while the check matters. They are deleted when the account is deleted or when staff removes the file. The language cookie stays until you delete it in the browser.
8. Your requests
You may ask Support on roulcoin.com to correct the name, date of birth or country, to send a copy of the account data, or to delete the account.
Deleting the account removes the personal fields and the verification files. Settled round totals may be kept without your login where Roulcoin still needs them to explain a payment that already happened. A request that would hide a fraud, an unpaid dispute or a withdrawal still in progress can be refused until that matter is closed.
9. Security
Passwords are stored only as a hash. Use a password you do not use on other sites. Roulcoin will not ask for the password in a ticket or by email.
No transmission over the internet is perfectly secure. If you believe someone else entered the account, ask Support to block it and change the password from the account page.
10. Changes
Roulcoin may update this policy by publishing the new text on roulcoin.com. The date under the title is the date of the version you are reading.
