These terms govern the use of roulcoin.com, the American roulette site operated under the name Roulcoin. Please read them before you open an account or place a bet.
1. The site
Roulcoin operates roulcoin.com. The game on the site is American roulette. You may play with a real-money balance or with a virtual balance.
A virtual balance is practice funds. It has no cash value, it is not a debt of Roulcoin, and it cannot be withdrawn or exchanged for real money. The two balances are kept separate. Switching the table from one mode to the other does not convert one into the other.
2. Acceptance
By creating an account, signing in, depositing, redeeming a promo code or placing a bet on roulcoin.com, you accept these terms and the documents linked from the footer: the Privacy policy, the Cookie policy, the AML and identity checks, and Responsible gaming.
If you do not accept them, do not use the site. Roulcoin may refuse service to anyone who does not meet these terms.
3. Age and where you play
You must be at least 18 years old. You confirm that online roulette is permitted for you where you live. You are responsible for that check.
Roulcoin may ask for proof of age at registration, before a withdrawal, or at any other time. An account that fails the check is closed. Stakes that were already settled stand. A real-money balance that remains is handled under the withdrawal rules below.
4. One account
One person may hold one account. Register with your own email and a login you control. Sharing an account, or opening a second account to pass a promo code, a limit or a bonus, is not allowed.
Roulcoin may close the extra accounts. The real-money balance on an account opened for that purpose may be voided. A login cannot be changed by the player after registration. Support can correct a login that was mistyped, if you ask while you still control the email.
5. How a round works
American roulette on roulcoin.com uses 38 pockets: the numbers 1 to 36, a single zero and a double zero. Bets are accepted only while the round is open. When the round settles, every bet that covers the pocket is paid at the odds below, and every other bet loses.
On a standard bet the house edge is 5.26%, because the payouts are the same as on a wheel with one zero while this wheel has two. The five-number bet is the exception: it pays 6 to 1 and the house edge on it is 7.89%. The rules page on roulcoin.com shows how each bet sits on the table.
If a round does not finish because the site fails, every real-money stake in that unfinished round is returned and no win is paid for it. A round that has already settled stands, including a loss.

6. Deposits
Real-money deposits are made in cryptocurrency through the cashier shown in the wallet on roulcoin.com, when that cashier is switched on. The cashiers the site can use are NOWPayments, Heleket and 0xProcessing.
Send the asset and the amount the invoice states, from a wallet you control. The balance is credited after the payment network confirms the transfer. Roulcoin does not credit a transfer that does not match the invoice until support has reviewed it. A deposit made by someone else for you is not accepted.
7. Withdrawals
You may request a withdrawal of the real-money balance, inside the minimum, the maximum and the frequency of your player status. Those limits are shown on the account. Virtual funds are never withdrawn.
Roulcoin may ask you to finish the identity check before the first withdrawal and again on a later payout. A withdrawal is paid to a wallet you control. Roulcoin may delay or refuse a payout that breaks these terms, that fails the identity check, or that is tied to suspected fraud or to abuse of a promo code.
A request that is still pending can be rejected by staff. A completed payout cannot be reversed on the site.
8. Promo codes
A promo code adds the amount printed on it to the real-money balance, once. A code that is already used, disabled, expired or typed incorrectly is refused. Codes do not add virtual funds.
Roulcoin may cancel a code, and the funds that came from it, if the account was opened to abuse the code or if the same person used more than one account.
9. What you must not do
You must not use the real-money table through a bot or a script, collude, charge back or dispute a cryptocurrency transfer you sent yourself, or use another person's wallet, documents or email.
You must not try to break, scan, overload or copy roulcoin.com, and you must not open an account for someone under 18. Roulcoin may block an account that does any of this, without notice if the risk is immediate.
10. Closing the account
You may ask Support to close the account. Roulcoin may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, that fails a check, or that has been inactive.
A remaining real-money balance is paid out after the identity check, except where these terms say the balance is void. Virtual funds are removed with the account and are not paid.
11. Complaints
Send a complaint through Support on roulcoin.com. Include the login, the round number or the payment id, and what you expected to happen. Roulcoin replies in that ticket.
A settled round is reviewed against the pocket and the bets stored for it. A disagreement about a bet that was not on the table when betting closed is rejected.
12. Liability
Roulette is a game of chance with a house edge. Roulcoin does not promise winnings. The site is provided as it runs. Roulcoin is not liable for a loss caused by your password leaving your control, by a wallet address you typed incorrectly, or by a network delay outside the site.

13. Changes and contact
Roulcoin may update these terms by publishing the new text on roulcoin.com. The date under the title is the date of the version you are reading. Using the site after that date means you accept the new version.
